WWE fans may be bidding farewell to “The New Day: Feel the Power” podcast, as Big E’s recent response to a tweet suggests an imminent end to the podcast’s run. The podcast, which featured all three vibrant members of The New Day, has provided insights into their wrestling journey and personal lives since its debut in December 2019.

In response to a tweet by “Public Enemies Podcast” about a missing podcast episode, Big E seemed to confirm the conclusion of “Feel the Power.” With a cryptic message, he replied, “Take the ‘L’ out of lover. It’s over, brother.” This statement has left fans speculating about the fate of the podcast which has been a source of engagement and connection for the wrestling community.

Earlier this year, Kofi Kingston expressed interest in reviving the podcast, suggesting that the new version could incorporate video footage of their conversations. Despite these aspirations, the uncertainty surrounding the podcast’s revival and direction now seems to point towards its closure.

“The New Day: Feel the Power” = Empowerment and Insight

“The New Day: Feel the Power” podcast showcased the trio’s charismatic dynamic as they delved into their experiences within and outside the wrestling ring. From anecdotes about life behind the scenes to addressing significant societal issues like racial injustice following the tragic murder of George Floyd, the podcast offered a diverse range of topics.

Throughout its run, the podcast featured notable guests from within and beyond the wrestling world, including Tyler Breeze, Cesaro, Bayley, and Big Show. The podcast’s influence extended beyond the realm of entertainment, providing a platform for discussions that mattered to both the hosts and their listeners.

Last aired in September

The podcast’s last episode aired in September 2021, following which “best of” compilations were released by WWE. The New Day’s members have ventured into new directions, with Big E’s move to “WWE Raw” and Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods finding themselves on “WWE SmackDown” after the 2021 WWE Draft.

As the podcast era potentially comes to an end, the separation of The New Day members across different brands raises questions about the trio’s future in the ring together. Big E’s injury in March 2022 casts doubt on a potential reunion, leaving fans with uncertain prospects of seeing the charismatic trio in action once more.

While the podcast’s future hangs in the balance, its impact on the wrestling community remains undeniable, with fans reflecting on the engaging conversations and insights shared by The New Day.
