On August 30, 2023, Turkey will play France in a Pool D preliminary match at the men’s EuroVolley 2023.
The CEV Men’s European Volleyball Championship 2023 is set to take place from August 28th to September 16th. The tournament is co-hosted by Italy, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, and Israel. The competition features 24 national teams, which will be divided into four separate groups. The top three finishers will automatically qualify for the Men’s World Volleyball Championship 2025. The list, thus, excludes Italy as they have already secured a spot in that tournament as the current World Champion.
