The fifth edition of the FIVB Women’s Volleyball Nations League 2023, which commenced on May 30th, is nearing its thrilling conclusion on July 16th, 2023. This contest, which marked the participation of 16 international teams, is now in its final stages with the bronze and gold medal playoffs scheduled for July 17 (IST). The semi-final matches involving China, the USA, Poland, and Turkey have been played out. Following the outcomes of these semi-finals, a gold-medal match between China and Turkey is set to take place, while the USA and Poland will vie for third place. With only two games left in the tournament, volleyball enthusiasts are set for a sensational ending.

On July 17, 2023 (IST), Poland will lock horns with the United States in the bronze medal or third-place match at the FIVB Volleyball Women’s Nations League 2023. The match is set to be staged at the College Park Center (CPC) in Arlington, Texas, which has a capacity of about 7000 audiences. Poland was outclassed by the Chinese team when they faced each other in the semi-final 1 with a score line of 0-3 (18–25, 23–25, 23–25). Meanwhile, the USA lost to an in-form team in the second semi-final of the women’s VNL as they were defeated by 1-3 (21–25, 14–25, 26–24, 25–27).
