The Netherlands will be keen to continue their unbeaten start to the FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship 2022 when they take on Ukraine in a round-of-16 clash. The Monday evening encounter will see both sides heading into this fixture on the back of a positive group phase. Hence, it will be difficult to call a winner in this clash despite the Dutch nation holding a slight edge. The competition which is hosted in Poland and Slovenia this year will take place from 26th August to 11th September.

Meanwhile, the Netherlands were unstoppable in Pool F throughout the group phase. They overcame Iran, Argentina and Egypt to top their group with eight points from three games.

The 24-team competition will take place from August 26th to September 11th. All of the teams are divided into six groups with each pool consisting of four teams. The group phase will last for six days, with each team playing once against their pool opponents. Following the completion of the schedule, 16 teams will be ascertained. It will have all six pool winners, runners-up, and the best four third-placed teams. They will proceed to the first round of elimination.
