On 25th June, 2023, Los Angeles Blaze (LA Blaze) will take on Puerto Rico Pythons at the National Volleyball Association (NVA), USA.
The National Volleyball Association (NVA) 2023, the professional indoor volleyball league in the United States, marked its beginning on April 7, 2023. The league consists of 12 teams, which have been divided into two conferences, namely the American Conference and the National Conference. Each conference further comprises two divisions, the Coastal and the Central divisions.
In the American Conference, the Coastal division is composed of the Las Vegas Ramblers, the Matadors of the Americas, and the Southern Exposure. Meanwhile, the Central division includes the Utah Stingers, the Philadelphia Founders, and the San Diego Wild. In the National Conference, the Coastal division consists of the OC Stunners, the New Jersey Freedom, and the Puerto Rico Pythons. The Central division is made up of the Texas Tyrants, the Chicago Untouchables, and the LA Blaze.

Both teams are struggling so far in the tournament, having clinched one win and two wins, respectively, in their seven games. As the two teams play one another, they will look to improve their points in the tournament.

The NVA adheres to the rules and guidelines set by FIVB, the international governing body for volleyball. In the post-season, a total of 8 teams will participate, with 4 teams representing each conference. The teams that emerge as winners in their respective divisions will earn an automatic qualification to the playoffs. Additionally, the remaining two spots in each conference will be filled by the teams with the next best records.
The National Volleyball Association (NVA) 2023 began on April 7 and will run until July 9, 2023.
