On August 22, 2023, Azerbaijan will play Greece in a Pool C preliminary match at the CEV Women’s European Volleyball Championship 2023.
The CEV Women’s European Volleyball Championship 2023, organized by the European Volleyball Confederation, is set to take place between August 15 and September 3, 2023. In this competition, 24 national teams will vie for the ultimate prize, battling it out in arenas spread across Belgium, Estonia, Germany, and Italy. At the previous event, Italy earned the championship trophy by defeating Serbia in a 3-1 match, while Turkey claimed the third-place honors.
On August 22, 2023, Azerbaijan will play Greece in a Pool C preliminary match at the CEV Women’s European Volleyball Championship 2023. In the Pool C, Azerbaijan have competed in three games so far and won one and lost two games. Meanwhile, Greece is placed fifth on the table behind Azerbaijan, with the same number of wins and losses as the latter.
