Seeded fifth in the competition, Ramos-Vinolas has beaten a couple of competitors, which include the likes of Martinez and Peru’s Juan Pablo Varillas.
Third seed Roberto Bautista Agut was in impressive form as he saw out Jiri Lehecka in his quarter-final tie on Thursday. The Spaniard came out the other side with a 4-6, 7-5, 7-5 victory, scoring two aces and six out of 13 break points.
Roberto Bautista Agut and Albert Ramos-Vinolas will take on each other on Friday, July 29 in the semi-final of the 2022 Generali Open. The tournament is scheduled to begin on July 25 and conclude on July 31 this year.
