“I love boxing. It’s amazing. I love the art. I love the discipline of martial arts in general,” Kalyl shared. “I started with amateur kickboxing, but I went professional as a boxer.”

However, he remains grounded and focused on his own journey. He understands that people will always have their positive or negative opinions, but he chooses to prioritize his own growth and happiness.
“The pressure is always there, the nervousness,” Kalyl acknowledged. “There’s a confident expectation of me, a certain performance expectation. But I feel like people will talk regardless. Whatever it is, I simply prefer to concentrate on myself. I’m concentrating on what needs to get done and what makes me happy.
Kalyl’s dedication to boxing and his ability to handle the expectations and pressures associated with his family name reflects his determination and maturity as a young athlete.
