Henrikh Mkhitaryan is an Armenian professional footballer who plays for Inter Milan and Armenia football team. He was born on January 21, 1989, in Yerevan, Armenia. Mkhitaryan began his career at Pyunik Yerevan, where he quickly established himself as one of the most promising young players in Armenian football. He then joined Metalurh Donetsk in 2009. After a successful season with Metalurh, Mkhitaryan moved to Shakhtar Donetsk He quickly became a key player for the team, helping them win three consecutive league titles and the Ukrainian Cup. Mkhitaryan signed for Borussia Dortmund in the German Bundesliga in July 2013.
