Nodwin Gaming has just revealed the format and schedule for the upcoming Valorant Conquerors Championship 2022. The first round of the VCC 2022 India Qualifiers is underway, with Round 5 completed (which is best of 32). All Valorant teams from South Asia are competing for a position in the Valorant Champions Tour APAC Split 1 Playoff. Between April and June, the best teams from the APAC Split 1 Playoff will participate in the VCT 2022 Masters Split 1.
The VCC 2022 Phase 1 Prizepool has slightly more to award this year than previous year. The prize pool for the tournament is $30,000 (about INR 22.3 lakhs), with the winner receiving $15,000 (roughly INR 11.15 lakhs), runners-up $7,500, and third and fourth places $3,000 each. The tournament’s most valuable player will be getting $1,500.
The first round of the Playoffs will be held from February 18 to February 20. Furthermore, on February 25, the grand finals will be televised live on television. On February 27th, the VCC Leg 1 will conclude with the event champions. In the APAC Challengers Main Event, the top two teams from the VCC will be seeded. It will most likely begin in the second week of March. The APAC Challengers schedule has yet to be revealed.
The VCC 2022 India Qualifiers will be broadcast live on Nodwin Gaming’s official YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch channels. The Valorant Conquerors Championship will also be streamed on Loco, Rooter, the official streaming partner.
Since Nodwin Gaming is likely to broadcast matches beginning with the semi-finals, As a result, fans will be able to see live action starting on January 28, 2022.
A total of eight teams will qualify for the main event after seven distinct qualifying rounds from each area of South Asia. These eight clubs will determine who advances to the playoffs. Only four teams will be eligible for the Grand Final after that. The top two teams from the VCC 2022 will represent the South Asian region in the APAC Split 1 Playoffs.
