This tournament is divided into two segments: the League Stage and the Grand Finals.
The League Stage is further divided into three weekly showdowns, with scores from all three contributing to the overall standings. The top 16 teams will proceed to the next phase based on their combined performance in these showdowns.

A total of 32 top-tier BGMI teams have received coveted invitations to compete in Upthrust Esports Pro Showdown Season 2. These teams have been evenly distributed into four groups, each comprising eight teams.
During the League Stage, teams within each group will face off against each other across three weeks: September 4th to 6th, September 11th to 13th, and September 18th to 20th. Each match day will feature six intense games, totaling 18 matches per week and 54 matches throughout the League Stage. The top 16 teams, determined by the overall standings, will advance to the Grand Finals.
Out of the impressive INR 12,50,000 prize pool, the League Stage boasts INR 5,00,000, which will be distributed among the top three teams and the Most Valuable Player (MVP):
