The fans are excited for God’s Game We Play Episode 2 which will be out soon. Under Tatsuya Shiraishi’s direction, the anime is airing. Critics were kind to the series, which LINDENFILMS was responsible for producing. Voice actor Kento Ito (Goro Amemiya from Oshi no Ko) will portray the Darks, while actress Miku Ito (The Quintessential Quintuplets) will lend her voice to Kerlich.

As a result of being bored and having too much spare time, the gods create Play of the Gods, a game of strategy. Arise bestows its possessors with unique abilities; these individuals are called Apostles. The Play of the Gods is open to them; if they win ten times, they will be granted a wish.
But no one has come out on top just yet. “Bring forth the person who is the best in this era!” Leoleshea, a former goddess, proclaims upon awakening from a long seclusion. Voted for “best rookie in recent years” is Fay, a human player who is presently winless with three consecutive victories. In an effort to defeat the Play of the Gods, he joins forces with Leoleshea. So begins Fay and Leoleshea’s intellectual duel.
Season one of God’s Game We Play opens with the greatest apostle of his day, Fay Theo Philus, returning on a six-month journey to pursue a woman he knows would be pivotal to the plot. The Chief Secretary greets Fay and gives him a rundown on his mission as he arrives in the Ruin Branch of the Arcane Court.
Leoleshea, a previous god discovered frozen in ice thousands of years ago, apparently needs Fay’s supervision. Leoleshea challenges the humans to send their finest players so she can play the game of gods with them. Because of his forthright demeanor and three wins since making his playing debut, Fay is an ideal choice for the task.
