Vitality T20 Blast 2023: Yorkshire vs Derbyshire, North Group – LIVE Streaming, When and Where to Watch, Probable Playing XI, Squads

Yorkshire will take on Derbyshire in the upcoming North Group match of Vitality T20 Blast 2023 at Headingley in Leeds on June 4, Sunday. Yorkshire are placed at sixth with 4 points in the points table whereas Derbyshire are placed at fifth with similar points as well. However, Yorkshire beat Lancashire in their last game by 15 runs, courtesy of Dawid Malan’s half-century and they put up a competitive total. However, Lancashire’s New Zealand duo of Daryl Mitchell and Colin de Grandhomm did well with the ball which restricted the run flow. In reply, Lancashire got off to a poor start. Yorkshire did well and dismantled the batting line-up. Tom Hartley and Luke Wood played good cameos but that wasn’t enough and they eventually lost.

On the other hand, Derbyshire beat Warwickshire in their last game by 17 runs. Madsen’s quickfire knock helped the hosts to a decent total of 174/5 in their 20 overs. Alongside him, Haider Ali (32 off 31) and Thomas Wood’s cameo also helped as well. Warwickshire’s chase started poorly as the top-order got out very cheaply and they slipped to 66/5 before hitting the halfway mark. However, Dan Mousley and Ed Barnad tried their best but it wasn’t sufficient to win. Zak Chappell and Zaman Khan’s three-fers, sealed the deal as well.
