Nottinghamshire, led by Steven Mullaney, are placed fifth in the points table with eight points and a net run rate of -0.139 as well courtesy of four wins out of seven matches as well. They beat Lancashire by five wickets in their last match. After being asked to chase down 146, Nottinghamshire reached the total with seven balls in hand. Cameos from Tom Moores and Steven Mullaney sealed the deal with ease.
Durham had played against Northamptonshire in their last match, where Northamptonshire were off to a good start as well. They managed a total score of 161 runs for seven wickets. Durham were great in their chase where they did lose six wickets in the process but did not compromise much after having a stunning start from their top order as well. Durham won the match quite comfortably by the end with a margin of four wickets as well. However, a thrilling game can be expected as well.
