Oman have already been out of the race of qualifying for the World Cup 2023 as they have failed to win a single match in the Super Six stage as well. They lost to the Netherlands in their last match and they will be hoping to finish the tournament on a winning note as well. However, Oman bowlers failed to restrict the Netherlands batters, who posted 362 on the board. In reply, Ayaan Khan played a stunning knock and scored an unbeaten 105 but they eventually lost the game by 74 runs on the DLS method.
The West Indies also have struggled in the Qualifiers. However, the two-time World Champions failed to qualify for the Cricket World Cup 2023 in India as well. They got eliminated from the Qualifiers after they lost to Scotland in their last game. After being asked to bat first, the West Indies got out for 181 in 43.5 overs. The bowlers tried their best but managed to pick up only three scalps and failed to defend the total as well. They will hope to finish the tournament on a high note.
