Subsequently, she defeated Tasnim Mir (21-7 & 21-11) in 2023 to clinch gold at the Iran Fajr International.
Tanya currently trains at PPBA under the tutelage of U Vimal Kumar. Hemanth has shown a lot of faith imposed by Kumar. Vimal has specifically focussed Hemanth’s training in the women’s singles. As such it can be safely said that India is on the verge of getting a new singles superstar in women’s singles.
