American long and high jumper JuVaughn Harrison, born April 30, 1999, was formerly known as JuVaughn Blake. During the 2023 World Athletics Championships, he took home the silver medal in the high jump. Harrison went to Huntsville, Alabama’s Columbia High School. In the long jump, he set records of 23 feet 0.5 inches and the high jump, 7 feet 2 inches.
