Born on September 12, 1995, Steven Gardiner is a sprinter from the Bahamas who competes in the 200 and 400 meters. At the 2017 World Championships, he took home the silver medal. In the 2019 World Championships in the 400 m, he won the gold medal. His personal best times in the 400 and 200 meters are both national records: 43.48 and 19.75 seconds, respectively.
