Goldberg’s unexpected exit from WWE has given the veteran the opportunity to perhaps make a comeback with All Elite Wrestling. Tony Khan has previously expressed his desire to work with Bill Goldberg. Along with the veteran, Sting is said to be considering retiring this year. The only person who may be a worthy last opponent for him given his extensive WCW experience is Goldberg. And booking the WCW legends in one final match would be a complete no-brainer given this exceptional double retirement chance.

According to rumors, Sting and Goldberg are reportedly discussing a retirement tour that will start in Jerusalem, Israel. Although it hasn’t been confirmed, the match may be part of AEW, but signs point to the two WCW stalwarts facing off in their farewell contest. Tony Khan should not pass up this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, but there is currently no actual evidence that the two will finish up facing off anywhere close to All Elite Wrestling.
