Following Drew McIntyre’s thrilling WWE Elimination Chamber victory, things took an unexpected turn as social media star Logan Paul chose to criticize the “Scottish Psychopath.” The tone for a potential confrontation outside of the wrestling ring is established by McIntyre’s reply, which combines thanks and a subdued threat.
Following his decisive victory at Elimination Chamber, McIntyre boasted about his accomplishments on “WWE Raw”. Logan Paul is well-known for his online pranks and took advantage of the chance to make fun of McIntyre on social media. Though Paul had not anticipated the reaction that would come next, the surprise punch garnered notice.
During an interview with “WWE’s The Bump,” McIntyre began by thanking Paul for the exposure and recognizing his abilities as a content provider. But McIntyre changed course quickly issuing Paul a calm but stern warning. He made it clear that he was no longer holding anything back and warned Paul that interacting with the unfiltered Drew McIntyre would have dire consequences.
This has been the best unfiltered McIntyre in years since his return to WWE. It will be interesting to see how Logan responds to this. We can see him and Logan going one-on-one soon with all the build-up between these two.
