Twitter reacts to Roman Reigns and John Cena clash in an electrifying confrontation

The night kicked off with the 16-time world champion John Cena welcoming the fans to the season premiere of “SmackDown.” However, before he could even begin to address the WWE Universe the arena erupted as the Universal Champion Roman Reigns made his way to the ring alongside Solo Sikoa and the ever-present Paul Heyman.

Reigns known for his commanding presence wasted no time in demanding acknowledgment from the audience. He took verbal shots at Cena making it clear that he wasn’t interested in a friendly conversation. The tension in the arena was palpable as Reigns warned Cena to leave the ring unless he wanted to face the wrath of The Bloodline.

Cena ever the showman assured Reigns that he wasn’t there to challenge him. Instead, he came to acknowledge Reigns’ historic 1,000-plus days as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. Cena acknowledged that he hadn’t earned the right to challenge the Tribal Chief but he knew someone who had.

The unexpected guest of the evening LA Knight strutted to the ring taking shots at Reigns and directly challenging his claim as “The Head of the Table” and “Tribal Chief.” Knight declared himself the fastest-rising star in “SmackDown” history but before he could continue Jimmy Uso blindsided him setting the stage for an upcoming showdown.

The confrontation didn’t end there as Knight dared Solo Sikoa to a match later in the evening promising a thrilling clash between two rising stars.

Pretty Deadly vs The Brawling Brutes

In a tag team battle that showcased the physicality and intensity of WWE’s tag team division, Pretty Deadly faced off against The Brawling Brutes. Prince and Butch began the action with both teams displaying their prowess in the ring. The match was a testament to the relentless spirit of these teams with high-flying moves and hard-hitting strikes keeping fans engaged throughout. In the end, it was Pretty Deadly who emerged victorious but not without a fight.

Bayley vs Zelina Vega

Triple H assured Dominik that he was talking to the wrong people and introduced the new General Manager of “SmackDown,” Nick Aldis.

Aldis wasted no time in addressing the trade between “SmackDown” and “Raw,” adding an intriguing element to the ongoing rivalry. But the biggest surprise of the evening came when Kevin Owens revealed himself as the newest member of the “SmackDown” roster delivering a stunning Stunner to Dominik Mysterio.

Undisputed Tag Team Championship Match: Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso vs Grayson Waller and Austin Theory

The Undisputed Tag Team Championship was on the line in a thrilling matchup that pitted Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso against Grayson Waller and Austin Theory. The action was fast-paced and hard-hitting with all four superstars leaving no room for error. Rhodes and Uso managed to retain their championship but the challenge from Waller and Theory was a testament to their abilities.

LA Knight vs Solo Sikoa
