Michael Gregory Mizanin a.k.a The Miz was born in Parma, Ohio on October 8, 1980. He enrolled in Normandy High School, where he was the basketball and cross country team captain. He then enrolled at Miami University’s Richard T. Farmer School of Business to study business.

Miz’s Wife is Maryse Ouellete. She is a professional wrestler that is half Canadian and half American. Maryse was born on January 21, 1983, in Montreal, Quebec, and grew up in Edmundston. She began her career as a model and was crowned Miss Hawaiian Tropic Canada in 2003. Maryse competed in WWE’s Diva Search and was sent to developmental areas Ohio Valley Wrestling and Florida Championship Wrestling.
