WWE’s top matches are scheduled at WrestleMania Goes Hollywood. This includes undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes, SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair vs. Rhea Ripley, and RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Blair vs. Asuka. These fights were confirmed on the show. However, there were also map changes, such as Brock Lesnar’s opponent. As per the shared details about the major title fights planned for the show.

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer was talking about WWE moving to Omos vs. Brock Lesnar when he pointed out that there was a change to the WrestleMania map last week. He also said fans could speculate if the match was suggested by Vince McMahon, who was obsessed with Omos when he was in charge of creatives, but if Lesnar didn’t want the fight, he’d have to. He explained that he would not.

“I can’t say it was Vince’s fault, but I would say it was the change. Most of this WrestleMania card,” Meltzer said. “Most of this WrestleMania map was planned…they actually planned most of this map more in advance than usual. This is probably credited to Paul Levesque. Usually, some of the top matches are scheduled for December or November and will be mostly filled from there. This was a lot until October. A lot has certainly happened since October. That was a change… I don’t know what day Lesnar’s match was changed but it could be Monday as well. I don’t know if it’s evasive behavior but in the last week or two he’s I know the map has changed.

Dave Meltzer Discusses These Last-Minute Changes

Rhodes is also a legitimate draw at WWE’s house shows. According to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer, after Rhodes won his Royal Rumble, there was a gradual spike in ticket sales for some of his live events. Additionally, Rhodes is reportedly the top merchandise mover in WWE since returning to the ring at the Royal Rumble. Rhodes is now the clear favorite to dethrone “Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns and emerge as the new Undisputed WWE Universal Champion at WrestleMania 39. Fans on social media believe an upcoming win could boost Rose as the promotion’s new face.

It wasn’t until months later that the two legends really got going when Michaels took on Angle at WrestleMania 21. “I didn’t practice the week before,” Angle said. “We only talked about the match. The only thing we did was he put me in the armbar and I had to lift him over my head. We practiced it and that was it. we did it once.” From their first encounter, Angle knew it was going to be a good match and the two instantly performed his 27-minute classic, earning Staples a standing ovation from his center crowd. . “Only at WrestleMania can you see a match like this,” said Jerry “The King” Lawler in his comments. “It was a phenomenal performance by two great athletes,” Ross said.
