After an eventful Royal Rumble, WWE’s booking teams are all eyes on WWE’s booking team as fans expect a player like Brock Lesnar to make a prominent appearance at WrestleMania. As it stands, The Beast Incarnate plans to fight in both Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania 39. However, there is still some confusion regarding his opponent. Lesnar only played about three minutes in a Royal Rumble match before being eliminated by Bobby Lashley. The former Universal His Champion also watched Gunther eagerly, which thrilled fans with the prospect of a clash of his two giants. Dave Meltzer, Gunther vs. Lesnar is wrong because WWE appears to have other plans for the veteran superstar. Also, Stone Cold Steve Austin turned down an offer to face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania. However, it is still confirmed that he will fight in California in April.

That’s not all; Brock said he will also appear in Elimination in his Chamber PLE on February 18, though nothing has been announced as to who he will face in the final pit stop before WrestleMania. Brock Lesnar has proven that he is a WWE favorite and is expected to play a key role throughout his season at WrestleMania. However, the company doesn’t have a long list of talents that could realistically challenge Lesnar, as only Bobby Lashley has been established as a viable opponent these days.

Meltzer said at the beginning of the newsletter that Lashley wasn’t added to the traditional Elimination Chamber match, so he could complete a trilogy with Lesnar himself in February.

If Lesnar vs. Lashley III takes place in Elimination His Chamber, WWE would ideally need a new matchup for The Beast His Incarnate at WrestleMania. What do you think of WWE addressing obvious issues regarding Brock Lesnar’s creative future?

Some of Monday Night’s RAW superstars are also targeting some of the Blue brand stars. Rhea Ripley will challenge Charlotte Flair for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania Hollywood. Meanwhile, Dominic Mysterio attacked his father backstage to prevent him from participating in the Men’s Rumble. Two interesting matches are scheduled. Braun Strowman and Ricochet will face Imperium’s Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci in the finals of the SmackDown Tag Team His Championship Tournament. It will be interesting to see which duo will be the next number-one contender, especially with The Uso as they are.
