The qualifying tournament for the 2023 FIVB Men’s Nations League, the FIVB Men’s Challenger Cup, will take place from July 28 to July 30, 2023. Qatar’s Aspire Ladies Sports Hall will serve as the venue for the contest. Eight contending national teams will participate in the tournament, four of which—China, the Dominican Republic, Thailand, and Ukraine—will be making their Cup debuts. The title game from the previous year’s tournament saw Cuba defeat Turkey.
In the second quarterfinal of the FIVB Volleyball Men’s Challenger Cup 2023 on July 28, Qatar and Thailand will square off. To qualify for the FIVB Volleyball Men’s Nations League 2024, the two teams will face off against one another. Qatar and Thailand are led by coaches Camilo Andres Soto and Ki Won Park, respectively.
