Poland and China will be hoping to bounce back from recent disappointments when they face each other in the FIVB Volleyball Women’s Nations League clash. The round one encounter on Thursday will see two sides struggling for form lately taking on each other. After a terrific start, China lost their way a bit in the competition, while Poland are also on a mini-losing streak. Hence, both teams would like to end that barren run of form when they come head-to-head against each other on Thursday.
China were on an excellent run of form at the start of the tournament. They lost only one of the opening six matches and that defeat came against Thailand. However, they lost their last three games against the USA, Japan and Brazil. Overall, they have 17 points from nine games and are currently placed sixth in the table. Meanwhile, Poland are sitting tenth in the table, having managed 11 points from eight games. They lost their last two matches against the USA and Belgium.
