The Women’s U17 European Volleyball Championship will hold its fourth iteration at the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) in 2023. July 11–July 22, 2023, will see the competition take place in Serbia and Hungary. The two coordinators were given seeds in the initial pools. Pools I and II are respectively home to Serbia and Hungary. The remaining 14 teams were drawn after being divided into five cups according to their positions in the most recent European Ranking.
The second rounds of qualification for the U17 European Championship in 2023 have been finished by both the men’s and women’s teams. Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania for the men, and Turkey, Serbia, and Greece for the women, have qualified for the 2023 U17 European Championship Final Round. Before that, women competing in Serbia (the host) or Turkey were eligible to advance to the Final Round of the women’s competition, which will take place in Serbia and Hungary as co-host nations from July 11 to July 22.
The top teams from all over the world will compete in a fantastic international competition hosted by the CEV, the sport’s governing body. On July 16, 2023, Georgia and Netherlands will play in a match as part of the CEV Women’s U17 European Volleyball Championship. Two outstanding teams are competing in this event. Belgium did not participate in the 2022 CEV Women’s U17 European Volleyball Championship, which saw the Netherlands finish seventh. For the top spot at the table, both teams contend.
The first will be 16 participants per gender. There had been twelve teams in the competition’s semifinal rounds before. To ensure their presence in addition to the organizing nations, the first four teams will be selected based on the outcomes of four zonal association qualifiers, one for each gender. At the qualifying competitions held in December in Georgia and Latvia, respectively, Poland has already clinched the spots that Eevza was anticipated to contend for in both the men’s and women’s editions. January is set aside for the other three zonal associations’ qualifying contests. Between January 4 and January 8, Grunheide will host the U17 women’s finals for Wevza competitors. Along with England, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain, they also include Germany and Belgium, the hosts.
