The Czech Republic will play Ukraine in a Round of 16 match at the CEV Women's European Volleyball Championship 2023.
The leading organization for volleyball in Europe, the European Volleyball Confederation, is hosting the CEV Women’s European Volleyball Championship from August 15 to September 3, 2023. The event is packed with action, featuring 24 teams from various countries. The matches are set to happen in four European nations: Belgium, Estonia, Germany, and Italy. Italy took home the trophy in the last championship in 2021 after defeating Serbia 3-1.
As the games advance, a total of 16 teams have already secured spots in the initial elimination rounds, aiming for a place in the quarter-finals. The Czech Republic will play Ukraine in a Round of 16 match at the CEV Women’s European Volleyball Championship 2023. The Czechia finished second in the group stage of Pool E, with three victories in their possession. Ukraine too had a similar margin of victories in Pool A and advanced to the pre-quarter-final stage of the prestigious EuroVolley 2023 for women.
