Pedro Martinez has been in a woeful run for the past few tournaments and questions are being raised about him regarding his approach and style of play. Felix Auger-Aliassime has been in stellar form for the past few months and he will be adamant to perform well in the Indian Wells Masters as well. At the Australian Open, he made it to the fourth round losing to Lehecka in what was a four-set thriller. At the Paris Masters, he made it to the semi-final stage losing to Rune, and at the European Open, he finally lifted the trophy beating the likes of Korda, Gasquet, Evans, and Guinard. At the Rotterdam Open and the Qatar Open, he made it to the quarter-finals and the semi-finals respectively losing to Medvedev on both occasions.
