14th seed Frances Tiafoe hasn’t had the nicest of performances in the past few months and he will be adamant to perform well in the Indian Wells Masters as well. At the Australian Open, he made it to the third round losing to Khachanov, and at the Dallas Open, he made it to the quarter-finals losing to J.J. Wolf. At the Mexican Open and the Paris Masters, he also made it to the quarter-finals but eventually lost to Fritz and Auger-Aliassimes respectively. Jason Kubler hasn’t been impressive at all in the last past few months and he will be more than determined to perform well in the Indian Wells Masters as well. In his last tournament, which was the Qatar Open, he got knocked out in the round of 16 stage to Auger-Aliassime, and in the Manama Challenger, he lost to Shelbayh in the quarter-finals. At the Australian Open, he lost to Khachanov in the second round and at the Adelaide International 2, he lost to Kecmanovic. In the ongoing Indian Wells, He beat Sonego in the first-round matchup by 6-4, 7-6, and then in the round of 64 stage, he received a walkover midway through the match when the score was 2-6, 7-6, 3-0 against Dimitrov.
