The 2022 Swiss Indoors is an indoor hard court tennis competition for men. It will be the event’s 51st edition and will be part of the 500 series of the 2022 ATP Tour. It will take place from October 24 to October 30, 2022, in the St. Jakobshalle in Basel, Switzerland. It is the first event since 2019, with the 2020 and 2021 tournaments cancelled due to border restrictions on the COVID-19 pandemic in France and Germany. Roger Federer, who once worked as a ball boy at the Swiss Indoors Basel, is the event’s most successful player, having won 10 titles in his hometown. Tennis Hall of Famers Bjorn Borg, Ivan Lendl, John McEnroe, Boris Becker, Stefan Edberg, and Pete Sampras are among the former champions of Switzerland’s premier sporting event.

ATP Swiss Indoors 2022 Schedule

The ATP Swiss Indoors will have five rounds of action excluding the qualifiers. These are the round of 32, round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals and final. The competition’s main draw is set to commence on October 24, 2022 and conclude on October 30, 2022.
