The Asian Games or the Asiad is in full swing and the Indian contingent has performed exceptionally well in the continental showpiece. Added to that, India has also sent a very strong and large contingent to uphold the motto of “abki baar 100 paar” (this year we will cross the 100 medal mark). India has sent a strong contingent of 665 athletes.

The Indian contingent for the Asian Games continues to impress at the ongoing tournament. India won silver in the Girl’s Dinghy ILCA 4 event in Sailing. Finally, Eabad Ali won the bronze medal in the Men’s Windsurfer RS – X. As of September 26, India has won 14 medals which includes three gold, four silver and seven bronze.
