He also took the opportunity to distance the proposed fight from the UFC asserting that the promotion would not be involved.
However, Mark Zuckerberg the co-founder of Facebook swiftly dismissed Musk’s claims urging fans to take everything with a grain of salt and advising them to ignore Musk’s statements. Zuckerberg went on to express his frustration with the situation implying that Musk had not been cooperative in agreeing to realistic terms for the proposed fight.
Just as MMA enthusiasts were prepared to heed Zuckerberg’s advice and move on from the spectacle. Musk reignited the flame by refusing to back down. He escalated matters by threatening to show up at Zuckerberg’s residence in Palo Alto for the showdown adding a layer of absurdity to an already outlandish situation.

Musk even humorously suggested Zuckerberg’s own home as a “safe space” for the fight to which the latter allegedly responded by claiming he was “traveling.”
What began as a lighthearted exchange has quickly spiraled into a spectacle of epic proportions with both Musk and Zuckerberg seemingly attempting to one-up each other. The circus-like atmosphere surrounding the proposed fight has drawn skepticism and amusement from fans and observers alike. It’s no longer just about the possibility of a fight. It’s become a test of wit and bravado between two tech billionaires.
The sentiment among those following the saga appears to be divided. Some may still hold out hope for the unlikely clash to materialize driven by the allure of seeing two influential figures from the tech world settle their differences in the Octagon.
