The Gujarat Titans arsenal had plenty of talented individual talents who came together as a unit to guide the side to a dominating triumph. The likes of Shubman Gill, David Miller, Hardik Pandya, Sai Kishore, Mohammed Shami and Rahul Tewatia have been the major contributors for the franchise in the IPL 2022. However, India all-rounder Vijay Shankar, did not perform to his best after getting his chances for Gujarat Titans in the inaugural matches.
The Tamil Nadu all-rounder looked slow in his batting approach and struggled for runs as he notched up the scores of 4, 13, 2, 0 in the four matches that he played in IPL 2022. He also bowled for the champion franchise but failed to pick up any wickets. Following the poor run and Gujarat Titans’ triumph he was brutally trolled for being a part of the champions’ squad.
