Maccabi Haifa will host Sheriff Tiraspol in the second leg of their UEFA Champions League second qualification round at the Sammy Ofer Stadium on Wednesday. The Sammy Ofer Stadium is the home of Maccabi Haifa. Both sides are coming after playing against each other in the first leg. Maccabi lost the first leg thanks to a brace by Armine Talal. Talking about the league progress, Maccabi recently won the Israel Cup by defeating Beitar Jerusalem. On the other hand, Sheriff thrashed their local rivals FCV Farul Constanta in the first round of the UEFA Champions League qualifications.
