New City Hunter Live-Action Trailer Reveals 'Get Wild' Song

A trailer for the upcoming film City Hunter was made available on Netflix and features a few moments from the film. People are buzzing about the new music that’s included in the trailer. The primary character of City Hunter is a man named Ryō Saeba who works at numerous various occupations. The film is set in Tokyo and has a really great aesthetic. The actors are well-known in Japan, the movie which will be released on April 25th has an English trailer available on Netflix and fans are eager to see it since it looks amazing.

This version of City Hunter in contrast to earlier renditions captures the spirit of Shinjuku’s busy streets and neon-lit skyline truly bringing the lively metropolis of Tokyo to life. Composer Yoshihide Otomo known for his work on Lupin Zero and INU-OH provides the film’s soundtrack with its throbbing beats. The first-ever live-action City Hunter film is coming to Netflix get ready to be transported to the busy streets of Tokyo’s Shinjuku area.

Meet the Cast

Enter the action right away as Ryōhei Suzuki who is well-known for his parts in Tokyo Tribe, HK/Hentai Kamen and Tokyo MER assumes the character of the endearing Ryō Saeba. In addition to him, the gifted Misato Morita who wowed audiences with her compelling roles in Koi Suru Haha-tachi and One Week Friends plays the bold heroine Kaori Makimura. 

Masanobu Andō who plays Hideyuki Makimura’s devoted colleague and Fumino Kimura who plays the brave investigator Saeko Nogami have joined the team. After Jackie Chan’s legendary performance, first brought City Hunter to Hong Kong audiences in 1993 it went on to become a global hit thanks to adaptations in South Korea, France and now Japan. City Hunter is still a timeless classic that is adored by fans all across the world with every remake bringing its own unique perspective to the table.
