• C1: During Yelan’s Elemental Skill, each opponent she marks regenerates 7 energy. This method can restore a maximum of 21 energy.
• C2: Lingering Lifeline (Elemental Skill) gains one more charge, dealing 20% of Yelan’s maximum HP as Hydro damage every 2.8 seconds.
• C4: Exquisite Throw deals 30% more damage.
• C6: Significantly increases Yelan’s Normal Attacks. This constellation transforms them into Breakthrough Barbs, and her Normal Attacks become Charged Attack DMG, dealing 130% of their normal damage.

The following changes in the latest beta have been observed by leakers on the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor Discord server:

C2: Every 1.8 seconds, the additional charge will deal 14 percent of Yelan’s maximum HP as Hydro DMG.
Yelan’s passive ability (unlocked at Ascension 4) was:

While an Exquisite Throw is in play, your active character deals 1% more damage. Every second, this increased by 3.5 percent of the Damage. The maximum amount of Damage that can be raised is 50%.

This ability now has a new description:

The original above effect will be removed if you recast the Depth Clarion Dice while the burst is still in effect.

In other words, using Yelan’s Elemental Burst while the passive effect is active will cause it to be reset. This isn’t a big deal for casual players/low spenders, and it appears to be a balance update to keep C6 Raiden Shogun and Yelan from breaking.

Yelan release in 2.7 version

According to prominent leakers such as Lumie, Yelan will be available in the first half of Genshin Impact version 2.7. Surprisingly, Kuki Shinobu will not be featured in her banner. The four-star Electro character will appear in one of the rerun banners in the second half.

If the leaks are accurate, Yelan’s Genshin Impact release date is May 11, 2022. Despite the fact that her kit has already been leaked, players can expect many changes before the official release.
