The Battlegrounds Mobile India Challenge (BMOC) final round is set to begin on May 11, with 64 teams competing for the BMPS 24 slots. The 32 invited teams, along with the 32 qualified teams, will compete in the fourth and final round. The third round, which lasted four days and ended on May 8, featured 64 teams, with 32 teams progressing to the fourth round. In contrast, 32 teams were invited directly to the round. The 64 teams are divided into four groups of 16 teams each, with only the top six teams from each group advancing to the BMPS Season 1 competition. These teams will only have six games to prove their worth. Each group consists of eight qualified teams and eight invited teams. All eyes will be on GodLike Esports and how they perform in this round, as their team has struggled in recent months. Team Soul will compete in the first major event of 2022 with their new roster. Orangutan is in excellent shape, having recently won BMOC The Grind, an official scrim. TSM, XO, and Skylightz Gaming have been consistent in recent months.

Team Xspark, led by Mavi, will also attempt to make a comeback. Skylightz Gaming, the reigning BGIS champions, will be looking for their second major trophy. Underdog teams will do their best to compete against experienced teams. The prize pool for Battlegrounds Pro Series Season 1 (BMPS S1) is 2 crore INR.
