In a shocking turn of events, the famous battle royale game, BGMI has been removed from the Google Play Store. For now, the reason for the same is unknown, but it is being anitcipated that it could be a Play Store glitch. The famous battle royale game is just a year old and has been gathering a lot of eyeballs for the kind of esports platform it has been providing. Not too long ago, players were enjoying the LAN matches that were taking place and a lot of hype had been created for Team India (Team SouL) to represent India in the PUBG Mobile World Invitational. However, all of this could be going for a toss soon, if the game doesn’t make a return soon to the Google Play Store.
It appears that the Battlegrounds Mobile India app has been taken down from the Android Google Play Store. But it’s still accessible via the Apple App Store. Those who have it loaded can still use their Android devices to play it.
It was mysteriously taken off from the Google Play Store, just like when Free Fire was prohibited. The game was declared illegal by the Indian government a few days later. It is also to be noted that registrations for BGIS 2022 were about to start from today.
The registration is a four step process. Here are the steps to register for BGIS 2022:
Step 1: Players must first visit the BGMI website.
Step 2: Visit to “Esports” and select the BGIS 2022 Registration Link. People are advised to read the instructions so they can adhere to the process correctly.
Step 3: Enter the name of the team and each player’s details, including names, email addresses, character IDs, nationalities, and mobile phone numbers.
Step 4: After agreeing to the terms and conditions, click the Submit button to complete the process.
