Battlegrounds Mobile India responds to matchmaking and other issues complaints

Battlegrounds Mobile India was opened for early access and now the game is under a lot of flak. The game was earlier reported to be sending users’ data to China. Now, the developers have cleared that problem with a patch update. After this, the users are reporting another issue in the game. Players have reported that they have match making issues in maps other than Erangle, and are having trouble in downloading the resource pack.

The developers have been paying attention to the players’ problems in the game. The developers are listening to the community and have made a few alterations. One of them is the adjustment in the price of UC, as it was higher than the global version earlier.

But now, an issue has arisen with the matchmaking in the game and the downloading of resource packs.

Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) responds to queries

Players are not able to download the resource packs in Battlegrounds Mobile India, and matchmaking doesn’t work except in Erangel or Arcade mode.

While responding to these issues, the developers have stated:⠀

“Dear BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA players, we’ve identified an issue where resources cannot be downloaded and matched except Erangel and Arcade mode. We are currently trying to determine the cause of this problem and will announce it to you, further if the problem is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you.”

Breaking records

In the run-up to launch Battlegrounds Mobile India, the developers opened the pre-registrations on May 18. Two weeks since the registration opening, the game has garnered 2 crore pre-registrations. On the very first day, the game had 76 lakh registrations, which is extremely high for any game.

The game developers thanked the Indian gamin community for the impeccable support they have shown to the game.
