After Xhaka is unable to recover the ball from Kuribayashi, the Barcelona squad resorts to physical means. Unfortunately for them, Kuribayashi dribbles the ball deftly past the Barça players and scores.
Although Xhaka finds Kuribayashi’s playstyle entertaining, the Barcelona fans are on the edge of their seats because, if they don’t manage to steal the ball from him, Kuribayashi will score.
Also, Kuribayashi’s teammates are staring at him in disbelief; they finally see his point about wanting five minutes to calm down Barcelona. As the rest of the Esperion crew begins to believe in their team again, they join Kuribayashi in cheering him on from the stands.

Kuribayashi notices their plan and responds appropriately, but Sarel tells Xhaka to seize the ball from him as he loses his footing. Kuribayashi gets past Xhaka by spinning around and riding the momentum that Sarel’s shoulder thrust gave her.
