Shahrukh Khan is a professional cricketer, who plays in India. Shahrukh was born on 27 May, 1995. He comes from the Chennai city of the state, Tamil Nadu, India. He plays domestic cricket for Tamil Nadu in different trophies like, Ranji trophy and Vijay Hazare trophy. It was on February 27, 2014, when Shahrukh played his List A debut match for Tamil Nadu in the 2013–14 Vijay Hazare Trophy. It was on December 6, 2018, when he played his first-class debut match for Tamil Nadu in the Ranji Trophy for the 2018–19 season. Shahrukh was a member of the Tamil Nadu team that won the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in 2021. They played so well that they were undefeated throughout the season.
Shahrukh in 2016 faced a setback for the first time, when he wasn’t called for the under 19 World Cup. His performance was outstanding throughout the season. He made 624 runs and took 18 wickets. Later when he wasn’t called for the under 19 World Cup, he got the chance to play the Vijay Hazare trophy for the Tamil Nadu’s side. After some weeks he debuted in his T20 match and scored 20 runs off just 8 balls, but his team ended up losing the match. Tamil Nadu Premier League was launched soon later, which gave Shahrukh another chance to showcase his ability to bat and ball. He was selected by the Trichy franchise in the TNPL.

It was on April 12, 2021, when Shahrukh faced the Rajasthan Royals in his IPL debut and hit a six from four balls and remained not out. Chris Gayle, popularly known as Universe Boss, an icon of International cricket and in IPL, gave Shahrukh his first IPL cap. Shahrukh was one of the 2 standby players in India’s team for their T20 International home series against West Indies in January 2022. Shahrukh was sold to the Punjab Kings franchise of IPL in the auction that took place for 2022 IPL season in February 2022.
