Women’s T20I Tri-Series 2022 is all set to be played in Ireland from July 16, Saturday. Ireland, Australia and Pakistan will be featured in 6 games in a round-robin format at the Bready Cricket Club, Bready in Northern Ireland as well. However, this tournament will be a great platform to prepare for the all-important Commonwealth Games 2022 as Women’s Cricket has also been included in the marquee event this season.
While the 1st game will take place between Australia Women and Pakistan Women at the Bready Cricket Club, Bready in Northern Ireland, the second game will be played between Ireland Women and Australia Women at the same venue on Sunday, July 17. Ireland Women will see the return of a number of veteran players and along with them, Laura Delany and Orla Prendergast are also returning from injuries as well. As far as the Australia team is concerned, Meg Lanning will lead the team and they are ready to give a tough fight to the opponents as well.
