Kolkata Knight Riders will take on Rajasthan Royals in the 56th match of the ongoing IPL 2023 on Thursday, May 11 at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. KKR have won their last match against Punjab Kings by 5 wickets. Nitish Rana showed his class with a gritty fifty whereas Andre Russell played a quickfire knock again. However, it was Rinku Singh who starred with the bat and helped KKR win in the last-ball thriller.
On the other hand, Rajasthan Royals faced a dramatic defeat in their last game against SunRisers Hyderabad where they lost by 4 wickets as well. Both Jos Buttler and Sanju Samson played brilliantly and helped the team put up a massive total but their efforts went in vain as SRH won the last ball thriller. However, both teams will try to win the upcoming match to keep their hopes of playoff qualification alive as well.
