Former WWE champion Brock Lesnar can turn out to be a nightmare for his opponents in the ring. The Beast Incarnate has build a stature that makes him one of the greatest WWE wrestlers of all-time. However, Charlie Haas, revealed that the American was a completely different personality away from the ring. Haas was a part of the World’s Greatest Tag Team along with Shelton Benjamin and Kurt Angle. He mentioned that during the time that they used to ride together, Lesnar liked to hear country music, drink beer and eat fish.

”So Brock and I got along great, man. Even when we were overseas, we would find the country bar and we’d be listening to country music, drinking beer, and that was it, man. We both like to fish, Brock’s a great guy, he’s a hell of a guy. As long as you like country music, you’re good to go,” Haas told Wrestling Inc.

“If you love country music, then you’re going to get along great, and I grew up in Oklahoma, I am a country music man. I was an 80s hair band guy, and I didn’t get into grunge that much, although I do like Pearl Jam. But that’s when Garth Brooks took off, so I became a country fan after that,” he added.

The Next Big Thing, as Lesner is nicknamed in WWE, made his debut in 2002 after a two-year stint at Ohio Valley Wrestling. It took him no-time to establish his name for the company as he defeated the likes of WWE stars Matt Hardy, Rob Van Dam, Booker T and The Rock to become a RAW sensation.

Lesnar made his first departure from WWE in 2004, as a global star. He, then, returned to the company for a second stint from 2012 to 2020 where he dominated the World Championship.

It was in 2021 that Lesner returned to the company for his third stint sporting a farmer look with a beard and ponytail. He pinned defending champion Big E to become the reigning WWE champion.
