The biennial FIVB Volleyball Boys’ U19 World Championship, which will take place in 2023, features competition between the men’s national teams under the age of 19 of the member associations of the organization. The FIVB is the world’s regulatory organization of volleyball. The competition will be in its 18th year. It will take held in San Juan, Argentina, from August 2 to August 13, 2023. Sport participants must have been born on or after January 1, 2005. Poland are the reigning champions.

The FIVB began the bidding process on June 2, 2022, for member organizations whose countries were interested in hosting one of the four Age Group World Championships in 2023 (i.e., U19 Boys’ and Girls’ World Championships and U21 Men’s and Women’s World Championships). The member associations had until July 29, 2022, 18:00 CEST (UTC+2) to submit their expressions of interest to the FIVB. When the FIVB announced the hosts for its four Age Group World Championships on January 24, 2023, Argentina was chosen to host the 2023 Boys’ U19 World Championship.

Argentina will serve as the event’s host country on December 20, 2022, according to the Argentine Volleyball Federation. The FIVB Boys’ U19 World Championship will be held in Argentina for a third time; it was previously held there in 2011 and 2015. On August 5, 2023, Serbia and Costa Rica will square off in a preliminary game at the FIVB Volleyball Boys’ U19 World Championship. August 5 Saturday, the FIVB Volleyball Boys U19 World Championship will feature a match between Serbia and Costa Rica. On Saturday, a thrilling contest will take place.
