A competition between the men’s national teams under the age of 19 of the organization’s member associations will take part at the biennial FIVB Volleyball Boys’ U19 World Championship in 2023. The governing body for volleyball in the globe is the FIVB. It will be year 18 of the competition. From August 2 to August 13, 2023, it will be hosted in San Juan, Argentina. To participate in sports, athletes must have been born on or after January 1, 2005. The current winner is Poland.
The U19 Boys’ and Girls’ World Championships and the U21 Men’s and Women’s World Championships are the two age group world championships that the FIVB is interested in hosting in 2023. On June 2, 2022, the FIVB opened the bidding process for member organisations whose nations were interested in doing so. The deadline for the submission of the member associations’ expressions of interest to the FIVB was July 29, 2022, 18:00 CEST (UTC+2). On January 24, 2023, the FIVB revealed the four Age Group World Championship hosts, and Argentina was selected to host the 2023 Boys’ U19 World Championship.
The Argentine Volleyball Federation has announced that Argentina will host the event on December 20, 2022. Argentina will host the FIVB Boys’ U19 World Championship for a third time; it hosted the event once before in 2015 and twice in 2011. At the FIVB Volleyball Boys’ U19 World Championship, Egypt and the USA will play one another on August 5, 2023. Egypt and the USA will play each other in a match on Saturday at the FIVB Volleyball Boys U19 World Championship. There will be an exciting competition on Saturday.
