After Wimbledon, the Hamburg European Open is arguably the biggest competition of the month. 2022 will see the 116th iteration of the event. The men’s singles defending champion is Pablo Carreno Busta and for the women’s singles, it is Elena-Gabriela Ruse. The tournament will be held at the Ann Rotthenbaum in Hamburg, Germany from July 18 to July 24. The 2022 Hamburg European Open will have five rounds of play both for the ATP and WTA competitors. These are the first round, second round, quarter-finals, semi-finals and final. The tournament is scheduled to be held from July 18 to July 24, but the qualifiers will commence from July 16 for both the men’s and women’s categories.
