The Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT) 2023, which is a top-tier professional table tennis contest, is set to kick off on July 13 and continue until July 30, 2023. The fourth edition will witness participation from six franchise teams and is slated to take place at Pune’s Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex. The administration of the tournament will be overseen by the Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI), and the event is in collaboration with Aatral, a metaverse solution firm.

The defending champions, Chennai Lions, emerged victorious against the 2018 winners, Dabang Delhi TTC, in a 3-0 win during the previous edition’s final of the Ultimate Table Tennis. They will now be eyeing for a back-to-back title win. Out of all the participating teams, only Dabang Delhi TTC (2018) and Chennai Lions (2019) have tasted victory in the past. The inaugural match on July 13 will see the defending champions, Chennai Lions, taking on Puneri Paltan TTC.
