The ITTF World Youth Championships 2023 begins with two days of intense team competitions which pave the way for exciting individual matches.
The ITTF World Youth Championships 2023 is set to take place from November 26 to December 3, 2023, bringing together the brightest young stars of table tennis in Nova Gorica, Slovenia. This week-long event will spotlight the talents of players in the U19 and U15 groups, who will compete across 14 distinguished categories.
The ITTF World Youth Championships 2023 begins with two days of intense team competitions which pave the way for exciting individual matches. The event kicks off with the mixed doubles category and will conclude by awarding the mixed doubles champions on December 1, followed by the doubles and singles champions on December 2 and 3, respectively.
China occupies the top spot in the ITTF World Youth Championships with an impressive tally of 213 medals which places itself as the most decorated nation in the history of the tournament. Japan, with 84 medals, and South Korea, with 54, rank second and third, respectively, in terms of success. Not far behind are Chinese Taipei and Germany who round out the top five.
